Brought my car in for problems with the wiper motor on Thursday 11-1-18 was told it would be done that afternoon. When my wife called later that day they told her the car wasn't finished and didn't offer a loaner car until she got argumentative. Friday we never heard anything until we called and told again it would be done Saturday. Saturday we called to let them know we were on the way and the person told us that they could not find our car and we would have to wait till Monday to call and see where it was and if it was finished. Also we left multiple phone number to reach us at. I'm also aggravated that I'm paying for wrap and gap on this car and its always a hassle when we bring it in.
This time someone parked my vehicle taking up 2 spaces and then parked another vehicle next to me in the partial space so close to my truck that I had to have a service person move the other vehicle a red impala so I could get in my truck. Last time I had scratches that are still there on the passenger side my truck? Hirlinger's service department does not care. No apology, they never say that they will look into it. They walk away and say nothing.
when I called for an oil change I asked if I could use my free oil change from my 2016 jeep on my 2014 impala they said no I could not do that , but I was told when bought the jeep I could. so it makes me wonder why I could not. but that's ok I can go some where else. not that I wanted to cheat you out of any thing I only drive my jeep about 60 miles aweek
I dropped off for my appointment at 8am, they told me about an hour to 1 hr and 15 minutes it would be ready...I finally called over 3 and a half hours later to see if it was ready. She apologized and said they were busy and it would be ready soon. Also, my car was to be cleaned and it was not done. Otherwise, happy with the service
The service done to the car was good; however, I was told to allow an hour, as I had plans that morning to work. I allowed plenty of time and it took an hour an a half. It is very upsetting when you have things to do. I understand things happen unexpectedly, but an hour and a half? The staff is friendly, but the time is crazy! I will be calling to see if we service it elsewhere what needs to be documented to observe our lifetime warranty. I can go elsewhere for much less of time.
